We ship from Georgia, United States. Here's how it works.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimum, no threshold to hit, no surprise line item at checkout. The price you see on the product is the price you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We don't process or ship on weekends or public holidays. If anything delays your order, we'll email you rather than let you wonder.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet — when it is, we'll announce it.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

P.O. Boxes

Some carriers don't deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you're shipping to one and there's a problem, we'll contact you to sort it out.

Delays Outside Our Control

Weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs happen. We can't control them, but we will keep you informed if your order is affected.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Never Arrives

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@ndeptskn.com. Keep the packaging and send us a photo if the item is damaged.

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll do the same. You paid us, so this is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb.
