The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Use the product for up to 60 days from the date you receive it. Use the whole tube. If it doesn't do what we said it would — if it leaves a cast, feels greasy, breaks you out, or simply doesn't work for your skin — contact us and we'll refund you in full.
An empty or used container does not disqualify you. You can't evaluate a sunscreen without wearing it, so we don't ask you to return it unopened.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@ndeptskn.com with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work. We'll confirm and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within several business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You do not need to ship a used product back to us. If a return is needed, we'll tell you and cover the cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Keep the packaging and send us a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and this is separate from the 60-day guarantee.
Orders That Haven't Shipped
If you need to cancel before your order ships, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
